What the Bible actually says
Ministry is dangerous to the minister in ways nobody warns you about: knowing about God starts impersonating knowing God, the public self splits from the private one, and holy things handled daily stop producing trembling. No leader falls in a day; they drift in inches, applauded the whole way. The rescue is not a better platform but a smaller one: back under mercy, back under the Word as food, back in the room where God is big and you are gladly small.
