What the Bible actually says
Unforgiveness and Hardness of Heart refers to the emotional pain that arises from a refusal to forgive others and a hardening of one's heart towards God and others, often resulting in bitterness, resentment, and a lack of love. It is a condition that goes against the biblical command to forgive as we have been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32) and to soften our hearts to the Lord's teachings (Ezekiel 36:26).
