Joy is what peace looks like when it shows up in a life — the strongest evidence there is. Map your sources of joy now, so on the hard days the path toward peace is already lit. “The joy of the LORD is your strength.”

Joy here isn't pretending the pain away — Scripture holds “sorrowful, yet always rejoicing” in one breath (2 Corinthians 6:10). Your joys stay on your device like everything else.
